OUR PROCESS

All of our gluten-free seafood and chicken tenders are cooked in dedicated fryers. We have dedicated prep tables, bowls, baskets, and cooking utensils. Since we opened our doors, Spinnakers has been sensitive to your allergies and dietary restrictions. We take allergies very seriously and our team does their best to prevent cross-contamination of any kind. We use a commercial certified Gluten-Free breading mix.

Guests are encouraged to take their specific individual dietary requirements into consideration. We cannot guarantee that we can meet your specific dietary requirements. Spinnakers is not a dedicated gluten-free facility. We kindly ask that you use your judgment on what is best for your requirements.
